NEW HOLLAND, PA., September 24, 2019 — Fire Line Equipment, LLC announced that they will be adding Wheeled Coach®, Frontline to their current line of Rev Group products. Doing business as Keystone Emergency Vehicles, the ambulance division intends to bring the best quality in emergency vehicles at an affordable price. “We are excited to enter into this agreement with Wheeled Coach®, Frontline Ambulance. As we carry the name Keystone Emergency Vehicles forward in the State of Pennsylvania, we intend to focus on delivering the best buying, service and support experience possible” stated Mike Jamison, Sales Manager of Fire Line Equipment.
The base of the operations will be moved from the current Dover, PA office to the Fire Line Equipment Sales and Service Facility located at 307 Twin Springs Court, New Holland, PA. “Much of our success depends on the brands that we carry and our customer-oriented way of doing business. The new division, Keystone Emergency Vehicles; will operate under the same business principles offering Type I, Type II and Type III ambulances manufactured by Wheeled Coach®, Frontline and Marque®,” added Tim Ashworth, Owner/Partner of Fire Line Equipment.
Established in 2005, Fire Line Equipment employs 21 full time and several part time employees. Construction of the new facility was completed in the fall of 2018. The new facility includes 12 service bays, parts warehouse and sales offices. "We are thrilled to be entering into this dealership agreement with the Rev Group. About the Hanover Area Fire & Rescue Commission: On February 1st 2018, the Hanover Fire Department and Penn Township Department of Fire & Rescue were officially merged into one entity, known as Hanover Area Fire & Rescue. The merged Department operates under the Hanover Area Fire & Rescue Commission. This Commission consists of two representatives of Council of the Borough of Hanover, two representatives of the Board of Commissioners of Penn Township, one representative of Penn Township Volunteer Emergency Services,one representative of the Hanover Fire Department volunteer companies, and one local business person.
On April 14th 2018, Penn Township Volunteer Emergency Services, Eagle Fire Company #2, and Clearview Fire Company #3, held their first meeting as a merged volunteer company; Hanover Area Volunteer Fire & Rescue. They intent to provide the volunteer component of one of the most progressive fire departments in the area. Coupling the 10-12 dependable volunteer responders with a career staff consisting of 30 firefighters, and some 40 Emergency Medical Service providers, Hanover Area Fire & Rescue will be providing the highest quality service to the citizen of Hanover Borough and Penn Township
