The Sentinel Online : News : Local : JLG announces additional layoffs: "Layoffs notices have gone out to another 115 employees at JLG’s Shippensburg plant.
While JLG reported in a May 22 letter to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor that as many as 208 workers could be affected, JLG spokesman Ann Stawski said this morning that the number would be lower,

She said the layoffs - effective July 28 - are considered permanent, although affected employees will have recall rights for 12 months.
JLG laid off 100 nonproduction employees in January, the company’s fourth workforce reduction in six months. JLG manufactures aerial work platforms, telehandlers, stock pickers and personal portable lifts."
